It's string
It's sring on a plastic bob. Doesn't slove all my problems but it solved the one that needed string on a plastic bob. One star off for string quality.

Easy to use and has small lugs in the head to allow tie off of the cord without actually having to tie it up..Easy to see colour and tension strength is great.Used to put up 50meters of garden fence. Well worth the money.
