Works great and doesn’t tip over on the counter easily.
This works as expected. What I especially like about this one, the handle is not too heavy. So once I take it out of the bottom pot and set it on a hot pad, it does not fall over! I have another 2 cup double boiler from another manufacturer which does fall over due to the handle being too heavy. This one works great. One additional safeguard when doing double boiling might be to invest in a stove top diffuser. This helps the bottom pan not get as hot if your burner is a hot one.

Convenient and easy to use.
One of the best purchases I've made. Thus is so easy and convenient to use. I make lotion, creams and also hair products and it's really nice to be able to melt my butters and beeswaxes then pour them from the pan so well to be mixed. Perfect fit for my smallest pan.

Perfect for Chocolate Covered Cherries
When I opened the package I thought this is going to be too small. However, it was just perfect. I really like how easy it is to tilt so I can use up the last of the chocolate while covering a whole cherry. Easy to clean. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great
Very ez to work with. Love that the metal handle doesn't get hot. Love that you use a small pot of water and use little heat to keep it boiling and melting old candles. I suppose you could use this for chocolate melting as well.

Item wasn't new, disappointing provider
My problem with this was the provenance -- the shipping was inadequate, and the item looked USED, not new. There were little scrub marks inside, as if it had been scrubbed with something that left scratches.It didn't seem worth exchanging, and it will still work, but I don't like ordering a new item and getting one that seems used. Also, the scraper (which was one reason I chose this provider) was not sized to fit this pan, as it seems to be in the picture, and is so stiff that it seems worthless.
