The board fits perfectly. Glad I got this vs the other brands at 12”. Would have had 3/4” extra space. Also, the recess for the screws is nice!!!

I wanted to install floating shelves in my kitchen, but learned that can be a bit of a bear for a novice DIYer.I opted for these shelf brackets, and I LOVE them! They are nice and slim, and there is no bulky under shelf support to interfere with the look of the pine boards I mounted on them! For all intents and purposes, with their slim profile, it still basically looks like floating shelves! I installed these myself for three shelves in about 20 minutes! Love my new shelves, and am so happy that I found these really sturdy, good looking brackets!!!

These brackets come with good hardware. I love how deep they are but they are so simple and easy to install.Highly recommend these for those looking for a deeper shelf!

Very heavy duty! They are powder coated and look fantastic.

These brackets are of great quality, I am using them to hold up 3 shelves which I purchased wood from Lowes and stained. The included hardware fit perfectly, was deep enough and provided a really good hold. The sizing was completely accurate as stated for nominal boards, note that some other reviewers may not have read the description properly about nominal size. Overall, will purchase them again next time I need to hang additional shelves!

Labeled to fit a shelf of 12" but is only 11 1/4". Made what should have been a fairly quick and easy project into an all weekend project.
