can this product be thinned with water?

I was running low on my jar. There was a small amount left, but it was very thick. I wet my brush and slapped the excess water out of it (so it was not dripping). It spread nice and even. I kept a little Dixie cup w/warm water near in case my brush got dry. I got the same wonderful shine, easily spread (not as molasses-like and tacky) with no brush marks !

I have painted over a kitchen spoon rest. Do I need to put it in the oven to make it food safe?

This product is formulated for wood projects. It is not formulated to bake nor is it recommended to be used around food. The Triple Thick is for decorative use only.

Does anyone have any problems with bubbles? As this ages bubbles start appearing as I apply this stuff.By ages Im talking months.....

The trouble with bubbles. ..I usually add water to this product if I have it for awhile. ..bubbles are generally a result of the porous surface I'm trying to cover, releasing air as the structure dries...when this happens, I have to sand it down and try it again. ..if you can monitor as it dries, I can pop bubbles with a needle, or spray with water...I could go on, but every project has a process...thank you:-)

Can i use this on shrinky dinks will it yellow?
