Not as advertised
I purchased 3 of these for my teenage kids as Christmas gifts as they were all wanting memory foam mattresses. This was supposed to be a 10” twin. Instructions said to allow 48-72 hours for foam to fully inflate. We lay them flat and they slowly increased in size. We unzipped the cover and exercised the foam daily in an attempt to get them to fully inflate. It has now been 6 days and none of them has inflated to more that 7 1/2 “ at the maximum. They have not recovered evenly and the head and foot of the beds have only expanded to about 6”. The mattresses are not level to the head and foot dip downwards making for a uncomfortable sleep. We opened the cover and the foam at the head and foot of the bed appears melted. Almost like a hot knife cutter was used and it has compromised the foam. There is no way this foam will recover to 10” - especially at the head and foot. The kids have not been able to use. I do not see them expanding to anywhere near the advertised 10”. The. box said 10” but wondering if the wrong mattress was packed or if these 7 1/2” mattresses are just falsely advertised as 10”. I have 3 of these and they are all defective and not as advertised. These are most disappointing.Update: I contacted Amazon to see about a return. A return label was generated and refund will be issued once shipped. However they will not go back in the box as they have obviously expanded. I contacted Amazon customer service and they said I can find another box to ship. So now I need to source 3 cardboard boxes large enough to ship an inflated twin mattress.

You will need a new one in 5-6 months Don’t buy it.
You think it’s great now. Wait 5-6 months. This mattress sets up very easy and mine had no smell like the other reviews stated. The warranty basically covers nothing but the manufacturer. Bed sleeps wonderful for the first few months but by month 5-6 there is a huge indent where you sleep. I’m a side sleeper and this bed is the worst. As your laying in your carved out section you can barley move. I read 100 reviews and this one has great reviews but they are from people who just got it and have not broke it in. Now I need to spend another $300 dollars on another new mattress and have to pay to dispose of this piece of junk. Mattress is great for a guest room but for nightly seeping I was would not recommend this.

ITCHY FIBER GLASS under zippered white and blue cover over actual memory foam mattress!!
I bought 1 queen and 2 twin memory foam mattresses and went to wash the actual zippered mattress cover that covers the memory foam mattress and did not realize at the time that the mattress was frayed and contained mostly fiber glass!! I put the zippered cover in the washing machine (not realizing at the time that it was loaded on the inside of cover with fiber glass) with the padded mattress cover. It took me 5 empty wash loads to try and rid my machine of all of the itchy fragments!! I did not notice anything until my son, husband and myself were extremely itchy at our waist, asses and crotches!!! Threw our underwear away of course and now the mattresses. Only had these two yrs. and did not even know the cover came off the memory foam (just trying to keep things clean), they probably started fraying soon after we slept on them?!....Anyway, GARBAGE!!!! The company does not even mention that they are made with itchy fiber glass....hmmmmmm????? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I was aware of this wayyyy before now so I could warn others and get my money back!!!

Honest Review Pros & Cons
I’ve included several pictures. Amazon is a community who rely on one another’s unbiased opinions. That’s why I’m writing such a long review when I have so much other stuff to do right now. You can skip to the “Pros & Cons,” I spent a lot of time writing this and many days researching these items; trying to find that perfect combination. I wanted to buy on Amazon - I DREADED the thought of furniture stores, being accosted by salespeople, held hostage and coerced into spending $5,000 just so I could make my escape. I also happened to be at Costco when my sweet old mom says they’re having a sale on mattresses. Yeah right! First of all, the mattresses are all lined up standing on their sides, expensive (although they look like real mattresses), but impossible to feel. Then you have box supports also lined up and heavy wooden bed frame sets which are expensive overkill for what I need.I wanted “easy, good quality & price, delivered to my door, quick to setup,” without the horror of having to lie down on a bunch of icky showroom mattresses and shaking my head “yes” while not actually listening to a bunch of desperate salespeople droning on and on. And BTW, it’s “lie down or lying down, not lay down. Laying down would mean having intercourse with a goose).A good bed is vital to our wellbeing, an important purchase and I only want to do this once every 5 years. Here’s the result of my research, purchase and honest opinion of the “Olee Sleep 10 Inch Gel Infused Layer Top Memory Foam Mattress, California King” (copied & pasted) which I purchased one week ago.I’m 63, not super strong but very good at putting things together. I follow instructions to the letter, watch YouTube videos, all of which I did with this bed frame and mattress. When I decided on the Olee mattress, I first bought and assembled the “Olee Sleep 18 Inch Tall Heavy Duty Steel Slat/ Anti-slip Support/ Easy Assembly/ Mattress Foundation/ Maximum Storage/ Noise Free/ No Box Spring Needed, Black Frame (copied & pasted) which was a breeze to put together. I’ll review that there. Even though a Cal King size, the boxes were fairly easy to maneuver by myself. It comes vacuum sealed, I rolled the compressed mattress onto the assembled frame, removed the plastic and Voilà. Easy. Then I waited the recommended 72 hours for full inflation and here are my findings:Compressed it’s 5” and after 3 days it’s only gone to 7” and 7.5” maximum. Not the 10” advertised and lumpy in places. It’s advertised as “Medium / Firm,” I’m calling it “Firm.” In addition I bought a quilted topper, so maybe that will help.PROS:+Easy to handle and unpack, even for one person.+NO ODOR. No bugs.+Supposedly no harmful materials. Very important to me if true.+No box springs?+Good height for me (I’m 5’10”).+Quick and inexpensive.CONS:-Very Firm! I can’t call it comfortable.-Doesn’t inflate to the advertised height which is most disappointing. I was hoping that Olee would be an honest company.-I suspect that it’s too firm because it only inflated to 7”- 7.5” not even close to the full 10”
