I seriously can not say enough good things about this seller and the product! My friends mom passed away recently and I got this for them but I got the last name wrong due to her having remarried and I didn’t realize. I contacted the seller to get a new name plate made and they resent a whole new piece with the name change and it arrived days later! They were very responsive and easy to work with and the product is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so so much for helping me out and for making such a beautiful gift for my friend to remember their mom !

I really like it, it looks better than it does in the picture. It's made really good and heavier than I thought it would be. I do wish the name plaque would have been attached, but lucky for me I had a glue gun and it worked great. I bought it for a dear friend that just list her mom.

I bought this for my friend who lost her sister and it came out beautiful. It's a heavy weight. Definitely not cheaply made. The print is large enough to read without problem. My friend loves it

This was a gift for my sister on a sensitive occasion - her deceased husband's birthday - the first without him. So it was risky ordering online but, gratefully, the glowing reviews proved true. I couldn't have been more pleased - it was even more beautiful and special than pictured! Just as notable though, due to an error I made, I very much needed help to try to rectify it. Their company's customer service team went far above and beyond what I would have ever expected or hoped - not once, or twice, but multiples times over - all with extraordinary kindness, compassion and even extreme generosity. I can't sing their praises enough! You won't be disappointed!
