Great worthy supplement.
Volcano works great for weight training and regular life. It's the only supplement that really works besides creatine for weightlifters. MMIGHT help with ED too!!!!!!

2 of the best things for lifting in 1 product!! Noticeable gains
I was on the lookout for no2 and also creatine. Preferably I wanted organic protein/eaa & bcaa/No2 and creatine in 1 but thats asking for a lot LOL! I found this and it had the right amount of no2 and creatine so I took the chance and ordered it. I noticed immediately the energy it gave me and I was able to workout longer and I feel the "pump" long after I leave the gym. I feel great and muscles pumped up all the time. I love it! There was a lot of talk about creatine back in the day that it gives you a lot of water retention and bloated look. Well that was true but only if your taking large doses of it. 5mg wont do that and on top of working out benefits it has some gut health and anti-inflammatory benefits as well.I highly recommend this product and can say for sure it works great and doesnt have low quality ingredients like some others I've tried. Seems to be working
I just finished my very 1st bottle of Valcano yesterday. I would have to say it seems to be working. I workout 3 times a week (Mon., Wed. and Fri.) I recieved this on a Mon. and waited until the following day to start taking it (Tues.). My 1st workout after taking was that Wed. I don’t know if it started working right away or if it could be considered the Placeebow effect but, I Didn’t seem as tired after my workout routine that Wed.. From that 1st workout after taking the Valcano and over the past month I have increased my resistance/weight level on my TotalGym. Now, a month later I am still not getting tired at all. I seem to be adding a little more to my workouts (More exercises and weight as well). Seems to be helping during my workouts but, I’m not sure about having more energy on the off days. I myself haven’t really noticed a difference. Only with my workouts. I’ve not noticed a physical size increase much but, Have noticed my biceps are littel bigger (Maybe we can just call them swollen). I am a skinny guy and have a high metabolism so it is little difficult overall to gain some size/weight. I take 2 capsules 2 times a day everyday (2 capsuls with breakfast and 2 with dinner). I workout early morning not long after eating breakfast so, I don’t take 2 capsuls in the morning and 2 30min before my workout (Which are the directions on the bottle). I just eat breakfast and take 2 capsuls then at least 30min later I do my workout. That is why I decided to just take 2 capsuls with breakfast and 2 capsuls with dinner. This seems too work for me and my body type remember, We are all little different with our health status. Overall, NO COMPLAINS here.

I was super iffy about buying a product that I really didn't know much about. I used to take Con-cret creatine HCL by itself in powder form, and that alone worked wonders for me. I ended up stopping the gym for a while on account of me being a 22 year old student, working full time, etc. I recently rejoined the gym and worked out for three months before testing out this supplement. GUYS I PROMISE THIS IS A LEGIT REVIEW. After 3 months in the gym and slow but steady progress, I decided to try out Volcano. I read a bunch about Nitric Oxide boosting supplements, how it increases blood flow in your body, boosts endurance, speeds recovery, etc. Included in this mix in Volcano is Con-cret creatine (which I was told was like the Ferrari of creatine supplements by a personal trainer). Behold, roughly 6-8 workouts after beginning to consistently take volcano, I found myself lifting more weight, lasting longer during my workouts, healing faster, and feeling better. I should add that I struggled a lot with back injuries, and the alleged boost of nitric oxide seemed to have lessened the pain I dealt with from sciata (i assume do to increased bloodflow throughout my body). Lastly, I felt no side effects, no bloating, no different at all actually. Hope this was helpful!

Does all it said it would as long as you take it for the first 10 days once its in your system you will definitely feel and notice the difference.

Definitely noticed results
I’ve been taking Volcano for years and it’s been a vital part of my training. It does take a little time to get the full benefits but when taken every day even on rest days it really helps improve stamina and strength. The more you train the more noticeable Volcano works.This won’t work for everyone but I recommend you try it for a month getting regular exercise in. I started noticing improvements in 2 weeks training 6 days a week.
