The media could not be loaded. Works perfect with my : Dyson cyclonv10 animal +, the price an believable affordable , I really needed the soft fluffy brush with lights (a must ) to clean the wood floors at home my Dyson came with a brush that was not the best for wood floors and besides that not the lights .

This bricked my vacuum. Burnt up the motor! Such BS. Now I have a 500$ vacuum I can’t use.

I have received. I have not used it yet. I hooked up to my vacuum to make sure it attaches and it fits perfect with my Dyson stick vac.

Idk why other people rate so high
Doesn’t vacuum, the pads just pick up some, not actually vacuum. If you want a mop that will probably slowly water damage your expensive vacuum then this is great. Also, doesn’t tell you that it doesn’t come with the water tank. You can buy it separately. It isnt required and doesn’t make it actually vacuum so even if I had purchased the water tank it wouldn’t change my review. I was hopeful but as expected it doesn’t make cleaning easier. So back to vacuuming and swiffering on the daily.

Not for me.
It used the same bin to pick up the water as when I vacuumed which caused my dyson to malfunction. I had to spray the floor with cleaning solution separately and then use the mop head.
