This sugar is the best coconut sugar. When it was not available one month I had to buy a different brand. I found out how it is even better. It is inexpensive as coconut sugar goes. It doesn't leave a residue at the bottom of my cup and it measures one to one for cane sugar. I use it instead of brown sugar in recipes. I cannot notice a different in taste from cane sugar to coconut sugar. When baking, it works perfectly as a replacement for other sugars.

This makes my cinnabons taste amazing however there does not seem to be much option to buy this on AMZ. Looks like I'll be going to the local Walmart.

I got this at a Sprouts near me and it only cost $6. No issues with it being a solid block. Wonderful low-glycemic sugar with a great taste. I baked a carrot cake and made a vegan butter cream frosting with this. Delicious without the spike.

Although the date is still good this product is hard as a rock. I mean hard as a rock. I'm sorry I ordered it and wasted my money. Do NOT order this item because you, too, will be sorry.
