Silver salves are used in open wound care. A small portion goes a very long way. This product has really done its job.Keep this product away from children as it can be quite toxic/harmful in the wrong hands.

Excellent, fast absorbing gel for burns, cuts, abrasions and just about any skin concern! I’m a bartender, so my hands are constantly wet & chapped, and i live in Pittsburgh where cold winter weather is extremely rough on hands! So much that my fingers & knuckles crack and bleed, and my hands are in terrible shape! i love using this for dry skin, as it is a cool, soothing gel formula which absorbs super fast. Provides great relief for dry skin, cuts and burns.

I found this wound dressing gel while browsing Amazon. I get a lot of cracked fingers this time of year (Fall/Winter), and go through ointment and bandages like nobody's business. I was actually choosing bandages when this came up; it sounded kind of unique, and the price was right, so I hit 'add to cart'. I've been using it for over a month now, and it seems to work as well as the famous 'N' ointment for my cracked fingers. It's a clear gel, no color, no scent, and feels cool when you apply it - I can see why this would be excellent for minor burns. I'll very likely buy this again when the tube runs out.
