Is it supposed to be this thick and sticky?

Mine was thick and sticky. I didn't like it and won't repurchase.

Mine came without a seal or expiration date. Is that common? I'm almost scared to use it because how do I know what's actually in the bottle.

I don't think that mine had an exspiration date but I'm sure there was no seal. I used it, but didn't like it. Too sticky and I didn't notice any difference.
