I love the smooth finish on this aluminum pan and the rounded corners which make it easy to remove the baked product. The rolled-out design around the upper edge of the pan makes it easier to grasp for removing it from the oven! I am delighted with this purchase!!!

Finally, nice square corners, perfectly vertical sides. My desserts looked so professional. I was proud to present my treats at a recent fund raiser. This 9x13 pan is very sturdy and well made. When I turned the pan over, I was pleased to see that there are no crevices or hollow rolled metal for water or debris to accumulate, making it so easy to clean. In the spirit of conservation, I've been holding on to those cheap cake pans which I received as gifts years ago. Now that I've used this great pan, I can't go back to using those old, thin, warped pans. I look forward to purchasing more Fat Daddio's cake pans.

I really wanted to love these cake pans-9x13x2- but crust is form on the sides and bottoms, there is a dome in the middle no matter what temperature or kind of batter. Cakes were baked at 325, as directed by Fat Daddio... Total disappointment! Then I tried 300 as suggested, disaster again. I wasted a lot of resources! I have been baking for 30+ years and never needed anything else than a cake pan and a good recipe for excellent results with even baked cake. I wanted to replace my old cake pans with this brand bc they supposed to be excellent. Be aware that their instructions indicate that parchment paper, baking nails and bake even strips are needed. A good cake pan should make your life easier not to have to babysit them.

Nice, heavy duty cake pan. 9x13x2 is perfect for family size lasagna. All the noodles fit perfectly. I'm careful about the interior, use cooking spray before cooking or baking and using a plastic cutter or spatula to avoid damaging it. The exterior gets scratched from handling, that's unavoidable even with hard anodizing. Cleaning can be difficult for melted on cheese so soaking and hot water are in order. The pan is all aluminum, never rusts and square so they do not stack, which is OK since stacking scratches the interior.

Pan was in a sealed inner bag & packaged very well. It is a quality pan of a good weight. However, I was disappointed to find approximately 7 black scratch marks in various places around the rim, which don't appear to be a manufacturing defect. Because the cooking surface doesn't appear to be affected, I will not be returning it. Having bought this brand (a loaf pan) many years ago, I have been pleased with the performance and trust this new pan will prove equally impressive. It was more expensive than many of the other pans, but had it arrived in pristine condition, I would have gladly awarded it five stars.
