The description of the product is very attractive. I am very disappointed. Bad quality product. Just dark colour no aroma and no tea taste. I regret buying it and can’t return it. Just discarded it.

This tea is always excellent, but my latest box arrived in a sealed mess. I'm hoping all of this debris inside the sealed box is tea. When I opened it, I couldn't find any broken tea bags. I hope the box I received in this order is safe to consume. This tea flavor is always excellent and smooth. For years now, we enjoy ours with fresh mint leaves and agave nectar. This same tea brand is served at our favorite Lebanese restaurants.

My husband has spent some time in the Middle East and loves their food and tea. We moved across the street from a Jordanian family who would invite us to tea. We loved what they were serving and showed us this brand. It was fresh and undamaged when we ordered it, and the price was right. We will be ordering more!
