So due to this covid thing, I decided to try exercising in my living room instead of outside. I've always been more into running, sports, and exercise machines and had never tried yoga before. I did a few trial videos online and realized that I wanted an extra thick mat because my knees, wrists, and even heels were killing me (pretty much any part of my body that made contact with the floor). Since this is my first time doing yoga and buying a mat, I don't know what they are supposed to feel like, but this one feels like a foam stress ball that you squeeze while giving blood or when you're mad at someone. My knees and heels are much happier when I sit on this thing and I've been able to do yoga for 2 days so far without hating it.

Being a beginner of YOGA, I found this Yoga Mat really helpful. The stuff and quality of the MAT is not great but quiet acceptable. This comes with carrying bag and an elastic gripper or holder. Overall it looks beautiful while laying on wooden floor and in Garden.I am using it on daily basis and so far it’s comfortable.

i have received the parcel today. it came along with bag. it was suggested by one of my friend who already had purchased it. it is absolutely recommended quality product and must have product. comparatively far better than other matts in market (waste of money).

Great thickness! It's quite big as a result, but I don't carry it anywhere, so it's great for home exercise.
