This wrought iron mirror is completely hand-made. Is hammered with a special hammer made especially by the Blacksmith. Rivets are forged by hand, especially for this work. ----The glass is a top-quality mirror with a back in silver. ----THIS DEVICE COULD BE INSTALLED HORIZONTALLY AS WELL AS VERTICALLY. ------MEASURE: The measure indicated is the measure of the outside frame. This frame is 1 1/2 " large, it is thus necessary to deduct 3 " to obtain the inside dimension or the visible size of the mirror. For example, a frame of 10 " x 16 " will have a glass of 7 " X 13 ". These measurements are developed from the golden section and from the aesthetic experience of the smith. ------FINISH: The finish is brushed and clear. Available also in anthracite. The color is almost the same but the brushed finish is less uniform and reflects the real color of the iron. The finish Anthracite is uniform and looks very close to the real steel. It is also more resistant to abrasion and corrosion (rust). It is thus preferable in humid places such as the bathroom. ------QUALITY: Every object is made by a smith of more than thirty years of experience(experiment) which makes sure that the command(order) is respected and practices a STRICT CONTROL OF THE QUALITY.
