Oxford in your shirt pocket...
This really is a small and clever pop-up map of the English university town of Oxford, perfect for sticking in your shirt pocket and exploring. The map captures the principal sights in Oxford, along with parking areas and public restrooms. A key on the back of the map highlights hotels, pubs, restaurants, and museums, among other attractions. As noted by other reviewers, the fine print is just that. You might need your reading glass, but it will be worth it. Well recommended.

Nice little map, please change the scale
An ingenious map concept. An easy to read map nicely showing all the prime tourist highlights, view points, parks, etc. It’s very legible considering how much needs to be crammed into a small space. The outer cover is fairly durable laminated cardstock that will slip into a pocket easily. As some have noted the map that pops out is a bit delicate and won’t take rough handling. I’d give it a 5 star review except for the fact that the scale is presented as a ratio (1:11,000) rather than a linear scale in miles or kilometers. Not very handy when you’re trying to figure out walking distances.

It's small
It's small but unfolds automatically in a second and has the "popular places" marked. These names and graphics obscure some of the street details so you might need another map to find some lesser known places like Oxford Fish Shop (if you go to Oxford don't miss that, it's on Iffley Rd). As a guide, by googling Weston library to New Theatre, I estimate the scale of the map is 7.5 inches =1 mile or about 25 mins walking. 7.5 inches is about the height of the map, it's also about 7.5 inches wide if you count from the Oxford rail station to Addison's Walk.

Very helfpul
This is a great idea and it is going to be really helpful. But once again, by necessity to get so much information into such a little, confined space, the text is way too small to read. I need reading glasses and a magnifying glass to see the text.
