Have Fun Mashing Potatoes Without Lumps!
Nobody likes lumpy mashed potatoes. This Stainless Steel Potato Masher is awesome. It is lightweight, sturdy, fits your hand comfortably and is easy to use. The design is so much better than the old wood red handle masher my Mom had (I have it now). This one will replace my Mom's masher now! I chose bright blue to brighten my kitchen, as well as I prefer blue over green. This design mashes so much better than the old style; believe it is the 'holes' vs 'strips'. I am pleasantly surprised with this item! I really didn't think the design it would make much of a difference from my every day potato masher but the difference is incredible! Having the longer handle gives you way more flexibility and strength and it really does mash the potatoes better! It fits well in my drawer and with the bright blue handle it's easy to find it when it's mixed in with all the other utensils! Stainless Steel Masher with an angled side. Perfect for when mashing potatoes in a pot!
This is a great potato masher. It has a one side that has an angle and that part is helpful to push things on the side of a pot or bowl to mash. The handle is rather long and at the top has turquoise colored plastic to make the grip more comfortable. At the very top there is a loop where this masher could be hung up on a hook. At the bottom part of the masher you will see a flat surface with lots of holes. This is what is helpful when you mash potatoes and will make the mash possible. The main part of this masher is made out of stainless steel. It is easy to clean and can be washed either by hand or in the regular dishwasher cycle. Overall a nice sturdy masher that is very helpful for me when making mashed potatoes!I purchased this stainless steel potato masher discounted and in exchange I am giving my honest and unbiased review.
