Very firm compared to Golds Gym roller (example of pics added to this review). True to measurement. Has some weight to it. Description says 1205 grams: a little over 2.5lbs. Delivered USPS in 11 days after ordering. Very satisfied with purchase!

It is much heavier and smaller than I expected. Maybe because I used to use a foam one. All and all, still usable and like it that it's cork.

this is the perfect size for me. I'm 5 foot 2 1/2 inches and I can use it to go all the way between my hip and my shoulder, or both thighs, and or calves at the same time perfectly.

I bought this cork roller as an eco-friendly alternative. Unlike rubber/plastic rollers, this has no nasty synthetic odor. This cork roller is firm, has a nice texture, and doesn't flake. Love it so far!

this is the firmest roller that i have ever had, and it is great.

I'm sure the measurements were stated, but this is not the length of all the other rollers I use. cork is nice
