It got the job done.

This is a great cable and it does exactly what it is intended to do. My son has an older T.V. in his room so we had to get one of these cables instead of the HDMI and no one had them NO one at all so I took a leap and purchased these off of amazon and they work perfectly the cord fits everything perfectly. The cable fits perfectly into the back of the Wii and the av side fits perfect in the T.V.

This was bought to hook up a Wii U game system to an older tube style television. It worked well for this purpose. No major issues although the wires are very thin and I'm not sure how well this would hold up over time, especially if you will be plugging/unplugging this constantly. Great value though.

I plugged this up played the Wii for about 30 minutes, the Wii became very hot and then shut off and never came on again. The Wii was working perfectly fine before I plugged this cord up to it. I only bought this cord because my son had lost his cord and was borrowing a friend.

Make sure that this will work with your device before purchasing, the cable doesn't fit some sockets due to the bulk for the plastic fitting.

For the Wii U we were running HDMI from the Wii U to the TV. The problem was the TV sound was bad and a pain since all the other components we have are running 100% through our receiver; but we had zero HDMI inputs available on the receiver. We plugged this cable in the back of the Wii U and ran the red and white RCA (let the yellow just dangle) in the CD audio input of our receiver and the HDMI to our TV. IT works fantastic! The trick is you have to change your settings on the Wii U to make it work. GO to Wii U system settings--TV settings---TV audio output type. There is a little click able button on the type right corner which I believe reads-- output cable settings...click it and choose "BOTH"...Both meaning both HDMI and this audio cable being used. It works. NOTE: You will need to make sure that your Wii U is updated or you won't be able to do this in settings because it only appeared after an update.

It's a cable, fits the Wii U and has RCA connectors. And works. What else are we supposed to say?

This cable works great for RCA connections to the Wii. No problems here. Just make sure you go into the Wii settings and switch it to the RCA input or you won't see anything.
