How easy is it to replace regular grips with Dri Tac Grips?

Replacement is no different when using Dri-tac than it is with another grip. I have been using Dri-Tac for years ,best grip I have ever used.

What is the difference between the winn dri tac oversized non- taper and regular taper?

Oversize is a larger grip that is tapered towards bottor. Oversized non-taper mean same size all the way down on the grip. If you have baseball grip or large hand try non-taper.

Are these the 1/16th or 1/8th inch oversize?

I believe they are the 1/8" oversize.

Are the winn dritac oversize grip (+1/8) larger or smaller than standard midsized grips?

Oversize is LARGER than midsize (which is larger than standard). Midsize is about 1/16" larger. Oversize is about 1/8" larger.
