VTechPeek And Play Baby Book

Love that the book sings, has cute songs and is easy for my 6 mos old to grab on his own. He loves the star on the front and pushes the button. It is surprisingly a very engaging book and reads the pages. However, the voice sounds very mechanical. It takes some getting use to. Also, some of the sayings aren’t particularly educational, for example it says something like, “little lion, one day you’ll be the king of the jungle”. I like that it reads the story as written on the pages and also has additional sayings, this is what makes it engaging. But the additional sayings would be better if they were educational and even factual.

Product was ok. My baby likes it but does not love it. You can take it to go and the pages are made out of material, perfect for baby. The voiced are a bit electronic sounding and the songs it plays do not all have lyrics. The bar where the sound comes out of can get a little muffles by the pages. Good for the price I paid but prefer fisher price for these types of products.

Got this for my 4 month old, because I was trying to read hard cover books to him and he keeps wanting to hold the book himself and his little hands couldn’t and it was just frustrating for him. He absolutely loves this book. He loves the different textures and the sounds. He even laughs at the Monkey sounds. I would definitely recommend this and I am getting two more for baby shower gifts! Please Vtech make some more of these!!!! Love it!

My son only took interest in this book once he was 6 months old. The illustrations are large, bright & colorful and the music is catchy. He loves to press the yellow star to change the song and also enjoys gazing into the mirror. The volume control is always a bonus with vtech products. I have this attached to his carseat so it goes with us everywhere.

Great little book! A hook on it so you can attach it when on the go and not worrying about losing it. The sound is great and you can actually hear what the voice who reads the book is saying. Every page has a button that activates a read of that page for baby. Each button will give you 3 different things it says for each page. Fun little pockets and crinkly material to keep baby extra entertained!
