Is this tested on animals?

I asked the company themselves and they claim that none of their products are tested on animals.

It is eight ounces. But a little droplet goes a long way, this item will last if you don’t excessively use more than what is already able to work for you perfectly. Use in small amounts and it will last you a good while

Can this be used on the head?

Absalutly! It works great for the head and doesn't leave a dry scalp.

Is a after shave necessary after using the gel ?

Not necessary but recommended when shaving always or at least some type of astringent
