Good mic, not so good packing.

The overall sound quality of the mic is about what I expected. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 for condition. There are two elastic strings that make up the "shock absorbing" bit of the shock mount. One was completely snapped when I opened the box, which, to be honest, looked like it had been opened prior to shipping. This could account for the fact that the user manual described in the listing as being included was not, in fact, included.
