Had to stop using as my body did not "agree" with this supplement. Constant bathroom breaks forced me to stop usage

I think everyone has different bodies, I already change a lot of my habits and making 4 days per week training, so not sure if Im seeing the results because of this or because Im being constant, however I didn't feel any dramatically change, you can feel a rush of energy after you use it, since it doest't give you any instructions of when to take it, i used to take it with 30 mins in advance of my routine, and I tried to take the pills with some fruit or vegetables, If you take it alone it will feel like you are eating spicy food.

This didn't do anything for me. Bodies are different, but this was a waste of money for me

I am in pretty good shape and was looking for a little additional boost to cut what little body fat I have. After three months of using both Alpha Cut and Alpha Fuel there was absolutely no change other than the horrible stage you go through in weeks 2-5 where your body and muscles just ache. It was a very unpleasant experience for no return at all. I spent a few hundred dollars between both of their products and only experienced pain, no gain!

Not really sure about the product. I do like that can take it whenever I want.
