Q: Is this a shade that zips and the top end just slides into your awning track?

Just slide the 3/16'' PVC cord into the awning track, and also very easy to slide out before roll up the awning fabric. There is no zipper, our RV awning shade comes in one piece.

Q: We want to order but can't decide on the color. Hubby wants beige but I am concerned about it showing dirt, does black attract heat? Brown?

We ordered brown to go with the color of our trailer. No does not show dirt. When we put it up you can feel how much cooler it is.

Q: can the brown be purchased in the 6 x 12?
