Perfect Poached Eggs
This is a fabulous little pan. At last I can enjoy perfect poached eggs. Although the cups are non stick, I coat them with a little butter and the cooked eggs just slip out 4 minutes later. The handle gets a little warm but can still be handled. It’s easy to clean and seems very durable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who finds poaching eggs tricky.

Eggcellent
Absolutely brilliant and very high quality. Easy to use and clean. A pleasure to use. Would definitely recommend. This poaching pan was easy to assemble - ignore complaints about loose handle. The two cups easy to lift out when the eggs are poached perfectly . A great buy and a reasonable price !

Particularly good for large eggs
Review written after first use.Nice sturdy and not overly heavy pan.Worked well on induction hob with water coming to a boil quickly.I paid around £27 which is seems a reasonable price. Pros - nice deep cups that comfortably hold a large egg with room to spare. Eggs cooked perfectly - runny yolk and well cooked white. Non stick coating worked well (although I do use a little butter). Cons - despite being vented, water spattered around the pan while simmering. A little trickier on first attempt to remove eggs than from the shallower curved insert more typically found with these pans but got them out with a tablespoon. A rubber spatula was provided but I forgot about this so didn't try it out. Overall happy with this purchase.

Good product but not happy
This is the second one of these I have bought. The first was a 4 cup one, I have used it a lot for well over a year now and love it. I told my sister and she wanted one too so I decided to buy one as a gift. I purchased the 6 cup one for her. I was disgusted to see that it had been previously used with marks and smears all over it and the internal packaging in disarray. Apart from this the only complaint I had was that the handle can get extremely hot but no problem to use a tea towel to handle when hot.

Good quality 2-egg poacher
Quality product, works well on induction hob, pleased with it and would recommend. There aren't many good egg poachers available for just 2 eggs, they mostly have 4 positions which don't work so well if you only usually poach one or two eggs at a time.

Great poacher, copes well with LARGE eggs
Great product, copes well with large eggs, which is why I replaced my old Kitchenware poacher with this. Only minor thing I can comment on is the handles of the poacher cups kind of need to be in a specific position for the lid to fit on perfectly. I always put some marg round each cups each time of use, regardless of the non-stick coating - always have done, always will - so no sticking issues here. I will admit to putting mine through the dishwasher as well, although in the product spec it does say handwash, it appears to suffer no ill effects - I guess long term this could affect the non-stick coating, but because I always use some marg in the cups I'd likely never know. I poach eggs daily for breakfast, so it could be said to have 'heavy' use.
