Perfect copy of Phillips radio except speaker qualityty
The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality.. Very good initiative of vemax. Age old stress free entertainment with lots of value addition. Let's keep radio transmission alive..

Not good for normal use
First of allReception: Good on MW and SW, FM reception not great it's OK type.Now nagative points -They using Chinese IC CD1619CP .The IC is very old and dirty maybe it's pulled out from the old circuit board and fitted in this radio.Some MW IFTs also are pulled from old board and fitted.FM filters also very old and damaged, one filter soldered directly on the board not in the circuit.Tunning capacitor Gang misbehave only in 15 days now channel changing is very difficult. Volume port also starting problem.Zero quality control by Vemax.Totally old parts using in this radio .Think before buying this radio.

Good radio looks but ...
Only could catch 1 station.In all channels same station was playing.The radio was rattling.One screw was out.The radio was slightly open where the body joins.Feel why made in india products cannot be excellent in quality.At least one should check the end product in the manufacturing line before dispatching it from the factory.No quality control .Companies should be serious about the products.The end result product only decides the future of made in India products.I felt proud to buy made in India products.

Poor build, still works
Product should have been returned but we we are keeping it as reminder of junk products, one is sure to get every now and then.It is creditable that underneath the constant cackle this radio is able to catch sounds. The technology of transistor radio had reached such perfection that people could assemble it in ice-cream mini-balls. This one recalls a dysfunctional valve radio. Wonder if it somehow does not work in our part of the world. The crackling sound indicates poor workmanship, lack of frequency discrimination points at unmatched parts.No DC power input jack and adaptor, as promised.
