Excellent product, worked within a few days to relieve my low back and sciatic pain
I was almost swayed by all the bad reviews but I did my research. This is the real deal, well made and their products work. It is the next best thing to having a therapist do healing trigger point therapy on you. My low back, hip and sciatic was becoming painful. I purchased this, started out slow at about 5 minutes on sciatic area and low back. Yes it is painful but you just go slow. Each day after I saw improvement until my pain had subsided significantly in about a week. I now use this as maintenance 1x3 times a week. Other products are made from soft cheap stuff and do not provide the capability to work in deeply to get to the pain points. I saved up to purchase this and their upper back piece. Best thing I did so I can take care of my self without 3 times a week therapist or PT visits. It pays for itself.

This is a legit device
Just wanted to add my vote here to support the creator of this. I am a 42-year-old with osteoporosis and chronic pain. I am on an assortment of drugs and treatments to manage my pain. I have had hundreds of massagers, from 5 dollar pressure point rods to 5 thousand dollar chairs. This is better than all of those. The reason it works is two fold: #1 it is much heavier and stable than it looks, but has soft covering. #2 it uses your own body's weight against itself. This is not a fun thing to use - it hurts quite a bit - especially if you are doing it right. If you have ever had a real pressure point neuromuscular massage where they are working out real problem areas, it kills! So this is a good pain and you actually want to seek it out and grind out those little nubs against what seems logical. You have to break those little points down until they release. They will be very sore for a day or two but just apply some Arnica cream and you will be right as rain. The whole thing takes all of 60 seconds and you do it every other day until it is resolved. Rotate your spots if needed but it should be "fixed" for a while. Please take note: It is only as good as your use of it, so study the videos and spend some time poking around your back to find where those horrible little points are and target those precisely.I can't see how anything could actually be better than this. My best friend does this for a living and this is the only thing that's ever *really* knocked out a pressure point like he can, not just given me a weak short-lived rub. It really will resolve issues if used correctly. I am ordering the neck one today to see how it compares where this one cannot reach that high.

This is a solid and effective self-care tool.
I purchased Lil' Mum Back Trigger Point Massager, Aug 2024. I've been incorporating it a couple of times a week into my evening bedtime yoga routine. I really like its weight and solidity. The silicon texture "grips" my mat and stays put. There's a bit of a comfort learning curve, to relax over the shape of it with all the poky bumps... but those bump hit ALL the right spots!THIS WEEK, LIL' MUM REALLY PROVED HER WORTH.I took a hard tumble - not seriously hurt, but my whole body, especially spine, was stiff and out of kilter all afternoon. That evening, I carefully positioned Lil' Mum, gently lowering my weight down onto it at each recommended location. (I was very glad to have been practicing before I was hurt.) At mid-back positions, with a couple of deep exhales, I experienced a half dozen spontaneous vertebral adjustments! This was instantly followed by a sense mental clarity and alertness...like waking up from the brain fog I'd been in all since falling. (IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I did not hit my head in the fall, or I'd have gone straight away for a medical exam.)Yes, it's a bit pricey. But is it too pricey for a well-made, effective self-help tool?Worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.I'd first ordered one of the less expensive versions... hard, smooth plastic...no weight, no give. Useless. I returned it for a refund and decided to take a chance on Lil' Mum.NO REGRETS!

Better than a chiropracticor!
Omg, where to begin? After literally YEARS of chiropractic visits and physical therapy, I bought this red piece of silicone that must have been molded by Jesus Himself, because it will heal you! Hallelujah!! The only complaint I have is the company has a few instructional videos online and their sound quality needs improvement. But the product is amazing and will last for many years. I highly recommend getting a copy of "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook," by Clair and Amber Davies. It's a self treatment guide for pain relief that shows you EXTENSIVELY where pain/knots originate and how to get rid of them through myofascial release. It is packed with excellent illustrations. You can use lacrosse balls, theracanes, foam rollers, hard erasers, etc on most of your body, but it's almost impossible to release your back, shoulders and glutes that way by yourself. That's where this Littlemum comes in! You lay ON it and let gravity do the work. Won't lie...the first time might hurt, but it's worth it. Imagine having four massage therapists pushing their thumbs into, and releasing, all your knots at the same time. Worth every penny. If you're not in shape, once your knots are gone, learn how to strengthen the weak muscles that caused them in the first place. The workbook and this device will probably save the average persons thousands of dollars through their lifetime. It's actually better than therapy imo.

Ignore these negative review bots! This thing works!!!
I’m not sure why this product is getting so many negative reviews all of a sudden but, I don’t have one negative thing to say. I am a person that religiously reads reviews on products before I buy them and try is had so many positive reviews that I felt like I needed to give it a chance. I have been having lower back and glute pain for a good few weeks and once I started using this it helped to reliever the pain. You’re the one that applies the pressure to the pressure points and you’re the one that positions it. YOU are the one controlling everything. I even got my husband to start using it and he likes it also! Give it a try and find out for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
