I ordered this for my husband who has painful joint pain. He really likes this and tells me it does lower the threshold of pain.to bearable.

This really helped with shoulder joint recovery and joint pain prevention!

I thought this was a godsend, working better than any combination of supplements and topicals I'd tried.. My pain decreased significantly and my flexibility increased. BUT within 2 weeks I developed a severe case of gastritis. I researched the ingredients and Boswellin -- renown for decreasing inflammation -- also has a side effect of causing gastritis in some people. I've had stomach trouble before (cannot take NSAIDs like Advil) and it triggered a similar reaction. If you have a sensitive stomach, this may not work for you. I stopped taking it 2 weeks ago, and I'm still recovering. Message me if you know of something else to replace this with, because my joints are back to being stiff, creaky and painful. :-(

My wife used to be a big runner back in her college and early post college years, now about age 50 its finally beginning to catch up to her. I try to do the best research I can to help her aching joints and this was one of the best products I have found yet for helping the type of symptoms she was having. She likes this supplement very much and has told me that it has helped her ankles the most. It is easy to take with no side effects according to my husband. After only about a week, he states he is feeling better. Okay, I didn't notice a big difference like I do with Bone Broth or Jusuru Liquid Biocell so I used it along with as extra supplement but not something I need to use again.
