I did NOT contact the seller about the issues, so I cannot comment on what they would have done.
My four stars is based on quality of parts upon delivery and their compatibility with my carb. NOT based on my interaction with the seller/company itself.--The biggest issue was that the idle screw tip was bent right out of the package. Sure, I could have straightened it but it wouldn't have been perfect, and I could have contacted the seller and probably gotten a replacement for free; I just didn't want to wait for the parts again so I used my OEM.--Secondly, the needle jet holder wasn't the same size ID thread (couldn't use my current jet), and had a different number of holes than stock (not sure if that would affect performance).--Lastly, the spring had 18 coils, the OEM had 21. Same wire diameter.In short, I won't blame the seller, crap happens. It's my fault I didn't contact them and let them know though. If this happens to you (it IS a $15 kit), I encourage you to contact the seller and work it out.Again, my four stars is based on quality of parts upon delivery and their compatibility with my carb. NOT based on the company itself.

Worked Great!!! Saved some $$$$
Super fast delievery. Had the parts I needed for less than the cost of a gasket from the dealer. My bike was leaking fuel from the overflow. Took it apart to find the needle tip was deteriorated. 20 years old. Cleaned the seat installed the new needle and the rest of the kit this morning. Took the bike out for a 130 mile loop city and rural roads. Not even a Harley cough or hiccup. No leaks.

Cheap parts that won’t fit a stock carb
Spend a little more money and get a decent kit.I tried to install in a factory HD CV carb and aeveral parts were WAY out of spec. One of the jets wasn’t drilled all the way through.One O ring was too large to fit into the recessed hole, the jet needle was 1/4” longer than the stock needle. It’s cheap, but what is your time worth?

Good parts, jet sizing wrong
Everything in the kit was good for the rebuild and worked great except for the jets, I ended up cleanin my old jets with tip cleaners and brakleeen and it worked out. But the jets aren’t the size they claim to be

100 percent perfect fit at quarter of oem. Will do IT many more times. Certified master technician.

Stellar kit!
This kit includes even more than you really need for a rebuild. I’m really happy with it. As someone who runs a velocity stack(no air cleaner) I rebuild my carb every 6 months or so. It’s great. It’ll give you what you need.
