The impression at the back of the barrel really helps ensure consistent finger placement. The grip on the front of the barrel is truly excellent. These darts throw very straight for me - tip stays fairly close to 90degrees to the board even when just doing a gentle arcing lob. The smaller flights that come on these darts work really well - no need to go to large flights.
