This is the best probiotic on the market, IMHO. I suffered from Clostridium Defficile intestinal infection for over a year. During that time and for months after, I used Culturelle probiotic. I guess it was ok. Kind of difficult to tell. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Collagenous Colitis. Another type if intestinal condition. Needless to say, I seemed to catch every germ that I was exposed to. I avoided social gatherings that would include children. (Giant germ sponges!). Anytime I was around my grandkids, I would get sick within a week. Didn't matter how often I washed my hands.I thought I would try Flora Renew. What the heck, right? I have tried many, many types and brands of probiotics. I've been on it now for about 7 months. My G/I tract is HUGELY improved! No diarrhea. Then I noticed that I have NOT had one cold, flu, URI, etc. I have been around the grandkids and have not gotten sick once in the past 7 months! I don't think this is a coincidence. I NEVER thought my immune system would change in any way, but it did! I also have noticed that I have a general feeling of wellbeing. I'll be taking this for life!

This is a nice Acidophilus. I read many reviews to try & pick out the “best.” The is a very good one but I think I’ll go back to my previous one which seemed to help my stomach more.

UPDATE....Sending back tomorrow....Finally figured out my bloating and Constipation is because of this.May work for others but I think there is just too much stuff in this.I Tryed....

Made a huge difference for me. I'm less anxious now and don't feel compelled to eat nearly as many snacks a day between meals. I'm no longer craving sweets constantly. Just love the difference in how I feel. I'm guessing that if it doesn't make you feel better then imbalanced gut bacteria is not your problem. Consider food sensitivities instead, watching what you might be eating too much of especially wheat and for some people chocolate - hate that one, but I always have aching joint problems after wheat and chocolate. I've already ordered more of this great product so I don't run out.

We, the family members who use this product, feel better in a number of ways. It did not do much for our son who has acne and the other son who experiences facial skin irritations periodically. No real change in body weight. for the family members. However, in all fairness it does cut down the sweet tooth. We like how the product works as we all feel better using it. I don't believe the hype with flat belly (pro-biotic usage and belly reduction) as this does nothing for my spouse who shows no sign of the mid-section shift. He runs small marathons, cycles for 90 miles and less depending on the race etc. He works out with his weights and has zero body fat except the mid-section. Maybe that is where he holds the stress of his work. :)

I can’t do veggie capsules, so I open them into my smoothie. No flavor. Works well
