If you're reading this, you fall into one of two categories. Either you've never taken DHM before, or you're trying to figure out if this is a quality DHM product.Should you fall into the first category...yes, DHM is a legit (in fact, the only legit), hangover product on the market. (DHM also helps you sober up, should you ever realize you've taken things too far and had a bit too much fun.) Essentially, take this before you go to bed, and as long as you hydrate, you'll wake up feeling a helluva lot better than you would've otherwise (oftentimes like you weren't even drinking the night before).If you've taken DHM and are wondering if this is a quality source, let me assure you it most definitely is. How do I know? When I first started taking DHM, the only options were to buy from pretty much the only brand on the market at the time ($1 per pill) or source the raw extract powder myself. After forking out the cash for the former, I quickly switched to the latter. The powder cost so much at the time that I actually sold half the capsules I made with it to my friends just to help defray the cost. At the time, no one had heard of DHM, and because my friends couldn't remember the acronym for Dihydromyricetin (much less DHM) they all called the caps Mike's Magic Pills due to how great they felt the next morning. That is honestly the truth.Fast forward a few years. After a series of scholastic studies regarding the efficacy of DHM and enough folks realizing its amazing benefits, DHM had gained enough popularity for the prices to drop. At that point, I no longer had to make my own capsules (pain in the ass, if you've never done it), and I started buying from Amazon. I'd tried a few different brands, but Naturebell always offered the best value, and what's more, it actually worked the best. I bought their 2-pack for a long time, but after Covid their DHM was no longer being sold on Amazon or their website. Therefore, I read all the reviews on Amazon and went with a different brand, and then another, and then another. None worked as well as Naturebell. Coincidentally, I saw several reviews for other brands where other people were mourning the loss of Naturebell's saying how nothing else seemed to work as well.Well, the day has come where Naturebell returned their DHM to the market. Hallelujah!! They call it "Morning Rehab" now, but who cares. I immediately bought the 2-pack. It wasn't until it arrived that I noticed the ingredients. No longer was it just 400mg of DHM. They actually increased the capsule size, kept the original 400mg DHM dosage (most brands are 300mg), AND added several other vitamins and supplements known for their alcohol recovery benefits. What's more, they kept their old price of $38 for a 2-pack. Point of reference, a single 120ct. bottle used to be $24, which was actually cheaper than other brands.Having all that said, I'm in no way a shill for Naturebell. I've just been around this block several times and know the score. Their new caps work even better than their last ones, which were the best even then.If you've never used Naturebell's DHM (or DHM in general), here's what you need to know. For a couple of drinks, take 2 caps before bed. If you've been drinking all night, take 3. If you've been on an all-day bender, take 1 or 2 periodically throughout the day and end the night with 3. Studies show (and believe me I've read them) there is no indication of DHM toxicity when taking more than the recommended dose, so go nuts.Lastly, you may find yourself in a situation where you're out and have drank too much too quickly. I have clients that love drinking on my corporate card, and more than once I've found myself too buzzed for my own good. If you ever find yourself in this same position, take a cap or two. In about 30-45 minutes, it will start lessing the inebriation (blank stare, slurring, general stupidity) while keeping the energetic buzz.It's definitely not a good idea to depend on DHM to always eliminate your hangovers or sober you up some. If you have a drinking problem, please seek help. For the rest of us that occasionally get carried away and have to work the next day, God bless Naturebell. Take my word for it. Bought four different so called hangover remedies and tried all four on different nights with similar amount of drinks 5-8 over 4 to 5 hours. Only 1 of the 4 worked and that was the Naturebell 400mg Dihydromyricetin, on 8 drinks in 5 hours no decernable hangover whatsoever. Taking two pills before drinking and two pills before bed with water. It was absolutely brilliant, not only no hangover, it kept me from getting drunk in the first place. Even the bartender was like "Dude are you even buzzed? I have been free pouring you some serious bourbon all night" I honestly was feeling good but wasn't even remotely drunk. Now dont anyone take this review as an excuse to go do something stupid like driving after drinking even taking these, but I will say it absolutely works to reduce not only the hangover but also dramatically increases your drinking threshold without getting drunk. No question about it.

These are the absolute best when it comes to hangover prevention after having a wee bit too much to drink (or a lot too much). Everyone I've let try them has purchased for themselves. Please bring them back ASAP! I tried other brands and they do not come close to comparing.

Works well for preventing hangovers (but they recommend you eat a lot of them).

I was skeptical at first as I've tried so many other hangover 'cures' and nothing worked. What you need to understand with this product though, is that you need to manage your capsule and alcohol intake. Don't just take two and think it will do the job. I usually take two or three at the beginning of the night and three at the end of the night with around a bottle of wine (per person). Anything more will require more capsules, but then you will need to spread them out (don't drink them all at once as your liver won't appreciate it). And then expect dark orange urine. Freaked me out the first time I saw it but apparently it is okay.This product reduced my headache and upset stomach associated with over-indulgence. Can definitely recommend it.

Works well. Really helps with hangover and "Red face" (aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 deficiency).

DHM is magic, it's amazing, it makes hangovers go away and protects your liver! However, about 6 months ago Naturebeill stopped selling Dihydromyricetin (DHM) and I was really upset, I started going to other sources of it. Now the product is back but with 10 other supplements mixed in. I don't need Naturebell to be my doctor and give me extra doses of vitamins I already take or don't need. I want DHM! This product now has 11 different products in it, so I have to reduce my score from 5/5 to 1/5.

I decided to try the NatureBell Rehab supplements based on a review for a different product I was checking out that mentioned that this was better. Don't know about the other product, since I went with this instead due to it containing B vitamins & potassium along with dihydromyricetin. I take 3 after a couple of cocktails along with a glass of water and always feel great when I wake up.
