This small 3-book set is excellent for young writers who want to work seriously on improving their vocabulary and their writing skills.Hard copy books "nail down" learning in a way that online reference sometimes fails to do.I highly recommend this set.

Perfect desktop size reference material. I purchased this to replace the worn-out dictionary our family had. The pages are very thin/delicate, and the font may be too small for some people who have vision issues. Overall, for our homeschool use, they should suffice well.

Got these for my sister & it has enhanced her vocabulary soo much. Easy to use. Not very compact.

everything works well, and there are no MAJOR damages, but the corners of the box they came in are a little squished.

It’s got words like person, woman, man, camera, TV. No “shpoondoggle”, though. Waiting for the next edition with high hopes.

Perfect set for my fiancé. He writes music and wanted to learn new words! I love that this set has it all!
