I agonized over this purchase
I received my printer recently and I could not be happier. I agonized over this purchase. So many choices and options it was driving me nuts. I decided to go with the Zortrax and I'm more than happy I did. I was printing within an hour after UPS dropped it off. Bed leveling and the calibration process is super easy and mostly automated. There was no sliding a piece of paper under the nozzle and trying to make adjustments. Just run the calibration process and it will tell you what to do. It took less than 5 min.I have printed several items with no fails to this point. The quality of the prints has exceeded my expectations. The latest version of the firmware and Z-Suite DOES let you print third party materials... I have not tried this but look forward to giving it a shot. The only drawback or con is no wifi... but that's not really a deal breaker for me just an inconvenience.

but they look like typical injection molding parts at first glance
Zortrax M200 Pro 3D Printer This 3D printer is so accurate that you really need to get close to the print to realize that it is not an injection molded part. The extruder cover and the spool holder are actually 3D printed parts from a Zortrax M200, but they look like typical injection molding parts at first glance.I also own a 4th gen Replicator 2 and Replicator 2X. None of these two printers can print a perfect circular object, which the M200 does pretty well. The M200 is a true plug-and-play printer. I simple unboxed it, connected the extruder cable, snapped the build plate into place and hit print. There is no calibration of any kind to use this printer. The print bed needs to be calibrated every 300 hrs of use!Every single movable part on this printer is made out of metal, unlike parts from other competing models that are made out of plastic. The quality of the prints from the Zortrax M200 competes favorably to anything I know in the 15K - 20K range. It's beyond my comprehension why would anybody spend 15K for a 3D printer.

Great "turn key" option
I have A LOT of experience with 3D printing/prototyping over the last decade, plus. I have 1000s of hours on most of the top filament printers in the last few years. So far the Zortrax is the best "turn key" printer I have used, since the UP! printer years ago. My only complaint is that the printer does not work with any slicers other than their own. I wish I could control support more than I am able to with Z-suite. Otherwise, it is a fantastic buy.No Wifi option is also a bit annoying. I had been using Octoprint on a raspberry pi which allowed me to remotely run/check-in on prints. Maybe some day...

Reliable Printer
This printer is amazing. I love the reliability and simplicity. The support material feature is amazing, because it snaps right off. However! I had to fix my printer when I bought it. Not sure who's fault it is. Two belts for the X-axis were not assembled properly and I had to fix it.The Zortrax maintenance website was amazingly helpful, and their instructions are great. I was able to fix the issue in about 20 min.I would recommend this printer to anyone, I love that I can print without fail for hundreds of hours.

Not really a happy camper right now
Not really a happy camper right now. I was super excited when I read all the great things about this printer, but I get burn marks on EVERY print I am making. At first I thought it was the calibration, so I fixed that. Then I thought it was the plate, so I replaced that. Then I assumed it was the nozzle, I replaced that. And when I mean "replaced" I mean, I ordered more parts, fresh parts out of my own pocket. I have had this printer for less than 2 weeks and I can say that I am not impressed with the quality in terms of it coming out clean. I have invested so much into this printer, buying all the materials, etc. I am really sad that I might have to return this and invested all this time and money into this thing. Makes me think I should have gone Makerbot :/

Worth Every Penny
Amazing print quality! The Plus Parts actually don't work as perfectly as they look like. The guild tube needs to be fixed somewhere near the spool, not hanging in the air so that the filaments won't get tangled. Also my printer has a defective knob which functions as "counter-clockwise" when I keep rotating it clockwisely. Amazon doesn't offer replacements (I don't know why).
