Amazing
This bottle is super great. It leaves liquid warm or even hot for all morning (from around 6am to 1pm and was still hot). I lioe the look of it and efficiency at locking.Not really understand why some people are complaining about the close method, claiming it's hard... not at all just use your brain...

Top mit gutem Kundenservice
Zu Beginn war ich begeistert vom Becher. Tolles Design und wirklich praktisch für unterwegs. Zwischenzeitlich war er plötzlich nicht mehr auslaufsicher und der Tee in meiner Tasche.Ich habe mich daraufhin an den „Aladdin“ Kundenservice gewendet und innerhalb von 24Std eine Antwort incl Video (mit Erläuterungen) auf meine Reklamation erhalten. Man kann den Verschlussmechanismus arretieren, so dass der Becher auslaufsicher ist. Scheinbar kann der Verschluss beim Reinigen schnell verstellt werden.Danke an den tollen Kundenservice. So wird der Becher wieder gern genutzt.

Nada más recibirlo, me dispongo a probarlo llenando la mitad de agua. Imposible de cerrar herméticamente, gotea y chorrea por la pestaña central.

Lovely mug as always, feels like it'll never break
I had types different mugs from Aladdin, but the Mocca is the best. You get nice grip on the mug and it feels indestructible. The only downside is that it's recommended not be used with milk base products and obviously i use it for coffee and probably needs to change the lid every now and then. Too bad that the lids cannot be purchased separately.
