These are good but some sticks are really thin. I ended up burning my bamboo holder. But that's okay the smell is out of this world.

I have been buying these incense sticks for five years from this vendor on Amazon. I received a batch that would only light and burn for a couple of minutes and then go out. It was the entire pack (so all the small hexagonal boxes within). The product is under $10, so I wrote to the company and asked if they had any idea why this would be happening and what I should do. It rendered the entire pack useless and obviously one would not know they all suffered the same affliction unless you open each individual pack and light them. They wrote back and said they had tested the batch and it was fine (so I’m somehow to blame?) and I could return all the opened packages for a refund if I wanted. It doesn’t sound like I big deal I know, but here’s why I will not be buying from them again ; With a low price product such as this, when a loyal customer with five years of purchase history voices these concerns you ideally don’t respond by effectively denying their experience and telling them they are incorrect. I had no reason to take time to contact them ( I have five children and a business) about this, and would not want to take time or funds to send back the entire thing either. The customer friendly version that would leave a good impression and lock in further loyalty, would have been to just send a new order (again, not an expensive product) and say sorry, as it isn’t a big deal. It feels as though there is some amount of ego defensiveness with the response I got, to ‘infer me wrong or invalid’ was more important than the satisfaction of a long term customer. Bizarre practice, but I have found a new supplier and so far, so good.

Not worth any amount of money. They burn like paper and there is literally no smell. I would not buy again.

I've been using this specific brand of white sage incense sticks for...at least 8 years! They are my favorite brand of white sage sticks out of all others I've used. I used to get these at the market a couple of hours away from here in bundles to last me a long while before having to go back. Now with this covid thing I decided to check on Amazon and voilà!
