Work like advertise.
Install this in the interior of my car lights are fairly bright. I would not recommend installing this outdoor because the weather proving seems to be fair quality at best. Before the price you pay for it no complaints.

Not sure if they are really waterproof but it's not a big deal
Used them in my boat and I have been impressed by them but I don't think it will be happy to be in the water completely submerged. So I got a few different lights for the boat transom underwater lights that are remote control and led pucks and I silicone it on and one screw inside the back of the puck and screw the light on it and it is awesome. These ones are great for courtesy light for the boat deck and the holds. Used 2 in my PC as well and it was really nice since they are 12vdc and the yellow wire is 12volt and the black is ground... Red is 5volt in a pc by the way. They require a little hole to be drilled through for the 2 wires to get through and it has a rubber gasket to be stuck on the mount spot to be sealed on the rear of the light. Has 2 small but long (1") nut and bolt to be mounted with. Very very slim and thin and takes up almost 0 room. About 1/8" to 3/32" thick and about 3/4" up and down and around 3" wide. Depending on how much you are able to get access to the rear of the mounting spot determine if it will be easier or harder to wire up. In my boat it's a nightmare to get to the inside of the hull so I had to get creative with a piece of thin plastic strip to run wires to the individual places.... Consider that you have to get at the back of the light to wire it in but it's pretty easy to do it with a car or something like that when you are able to mount them up under the dashboard and the seats... Maybe smear a little silicone adhesive on the lenses on the very edges and then I would say it is fully waterproof but it's pretty good the way that they are if you want to do something like putting them under a vehicle or maybe a computer build or something like that but it's pretty difficult in a boat if you can't get to the rear of the surface they go on or if you can run wiring in or on the surface. I love to use them for inside of the boat center console and inside the different compartments of the boat like life jacket tub and the live well over the top of the water of course. I have a few more where I can see in the bilge pump area and the rear engine tub area where I can get a lit up view of the drain pan and the transom . I used a couple in the anchor storage compartment and it even got a few inside the outboard motor engine cover for inspection and service on the water for emergency and the like.I have to say that the fact that they are so sooo low profile and flat that they can be used for a few very unique and difficult areas. Use soldering iron and solder and shrink tubing and sealant for any real marine use especially if it is saltwater or brackish water.

Not the greatest..
They are bright enough that they aren't useless, however they're far from being the brightest green lights I've used. I mounted them on the sides of a pontoon and it gives you about 20 ft of visibility with 10 per side. Worth it for the price unless you want them bright. The bad: the very tiny wires on them are brittle and don't strip easily without breaking some of the tiny strands. And the worst thing to me is that covering breaks away from the black backing if you use the foam padding behind the lights. It causes the middle to bulge out and break the cover loose unless you only tighten them finger tight...

Cheap quality lights
These were to be accent lights on my vessel. They are cheaply made. Some work some don't.Mounting options are super limited to have tidy wiring. The only option is to have a through whole at back.Light quality is average at best. Not all lights seem to even be at the same consistant colour Kalvin.I will keep them but give them away as a cheap gift. Lol
