The unit was easy to install. I mounted it on the wall instead of the ceiling because I used the wall socket. The position adjusted fine.

Missing Parts
Appears to work but was not yet able to determine if motion detection is working properly because it seems to stay on all the time. The parts necessary to mount it on a wall or ceiling were missing. No screws, anchors or mounting tape.

Works great
I have a small one car garage. I used 3m to stick it on the bottom of the garage door opener and plugged it in to the same outlet. Climb up on my car and adjusted both lasers on a spot I could see. Shines on both sides of my front window defrost vents. Saved me some time parking not hitting anything in front and I gave me an inch for the garage door. Better than a tennis ball and string.

Allows for positioning of two vehicles - one auto and location of hoist over pickup bed.
Sound activation works well coordinating laser operation with vehicle entry.Set one of the two lasers to spot the hoist location at center of the pickup bed.

Resolve parking issues
Easy install. Cord was plenty long for reaching between 2 car garage outlets. Excellent visibility when parking.Just what I wanted. Simple and effective.

Not so excited as I thought.
I was so excited to buy this parking assistant, but in reality it's not very useful. You should park your car only one way (front or rear). You should find the laser somewhere in your car... So I just don't like the idea and realization of it. A bit disappointed. And also we have ceiling fan in our garage, right there where I should install this parking assistant, and I should use outlet, batteries is just for emergency.
