Stain
I have just received my Zebra hide to Dubai and I really like it , it fits perfectly the space.The only problem is there is a yellow stain on it.. this doesn’t appear to be a natural stain in the hide but an obvious spillage of some description.I will now try to get it removed.

Rug is ok...packing method horrible
I have ordered many stenciled hide rugs online over the years. Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever received a rug folded and shipped in a box. Very deep creases will not come out even with steam. These rugs are normally shipped rolled on heavy cardboard tube. This was very expensive to look as poorly as it does due to creases. And don’t tell me they’ll come out in a few days… Maybe by Christmas?
