Great little machine just too small
Too small for what I need it to do. I will order a larger one that can accommodate more ingredients.

Cuisinart quality at an amazing price!
I have long been a fan of Cuisinart food processors. I have one of the old school 14 cup ones from around 1995. It is my go to for large batches of soup or bread etc. I also own a Kitchenaid 14 cup. But I prefer the Cuisinart over the newer Kitchenaid model. The Kitchenaid has a 7 cup option that I do use sometimes for smaller things, but it is just not as strong as the older Cuisinart. I think the blades on the old Cuisinarts were higher quality than newer stuff as well. So it is a keeper. But this little unit is just right for chopping nuts, dried fruit anything you might do in a small batch. And super easy cleanup. Not a lot of fussing like with the larger units. It is small and takes up little space. I bought it for so many uses but, the one thing I did first was to puree some shredded meat canned cat food into a puree for my cats. One of them is getting old and doesn't like to chew the chunks. So this made that an easy job. And just a quick rinse with soapy water and it was ready for the next project. I like that it has two speeds and that you can pulse it, which is pretty typical. It is easy to use and looks nice. For this price why buy and off brand? Good warranty as well. You can't go wrong. But it is small. So make sure you understand it is for very small batches..

My mighty little mayo machine
I had a kitchen aid mini chopper for fifteen years and it finally gave up the ghost last week. I was happy with it except for one issue: the way the button was positioned I couldn’t use it to make mayo without another set of hands. Enter this beaut of a little chopper. The buttons are perfectly placed for me to hold the pulse button down while drizzling oil in through the the top using a condiment bottle. It’s the perfect size for making one cup of oil’s worth of mayo and it came out perfectly. It also chops well, as I tested some onion, celery, garlic and almonds. But I’ll primarily use it for mayo and small batches of salsa. Cleanup was a dream and the build quality is solid, especially at this price point. Cuisinart for the win!
