If one puzzle were put in a reg envelope with a card could it go thru the mail ok?

Probably not, would most likely poke through the envelope I would imagine. Use a box and send a few of them 😀

how do you put them back together?

Putting them back together is part of the puzzle. You must figure that out, that's what's fun about it. Keep trying & also look at the directions & pictures. My 10 yr old figured how to do it. Good luck.
