After many years it was time to replace my back suppose the Dr. gave me. I saw this and it was very similar so I purchased it. It is well made and with very nice improvements over my old one. Great support and very easy to adjust. And it's not too big and bulky under cloths. I highly recommend this item.

This brace allows me to get up and around when my back goes out. There are three steps to putting it on, and you can pull the ends as tightly as you need. It is a sturdy item and I am so happy my chiropractor recommended it.

Pretty good belt .It did start to come apart in the back I had to sew it three times .I always like USA made products which this isn't . The small strap in front to keep the belt on is a great idea. I like the feel of the belt good price if it didn't come apart in the back I would give it 5 stars.

The support brace actually works pretty well. Biggest complaint is that the velcro wears out fairly quickly and there needs to be some kind of latching mechanism on the rings that are used to pull it tight. I've created a small fastener strap to connect the two rings on the ends of the velcro straps so that the belt stays in place once it is snugged. Don't expect the velcro to stay put without taking steps to secure the rings together. While this may not seem to be an important issue, you will understand after wearing for days at a time. Eventually the velcro will wear out and you will need to buy a replacement to get fresh velcro and the grip that it provides. I've bought a couple of these because they work but the design could use a couple tweaks to make it longer lasting and to stay in place.

I have hyper-mobility and bulging discs in my lower vertabrae. Common tasks like raking, digging, sweeping, bending and lifting cause fatigue and pain. I bought this belt at the suggestion of my physical therapist. It took a few tries to get it adjusted perfectly, but once I got it right, I found it very useful for avoiding back pain. I wear it when gardening, house cleaning, painting, etc. and while I still have back pain, it's only about 15% of what it was without the belt. If you need that sort of low back support, this is a good tool to have on hand.
