Good but expensive for what it is
I expected better from such a great brand. Its good and installation is easy and the mechanism is good. The bins are just cheap plastic looking though. Bit expensive for what it is.

Scratch n dusty
I bought the white bin 16 litre.. it can all dusty n scratches on the lid.. very disappointing with it..never expected such with brabantia..

I've installed these under the pantry in their own cupboard. When I open the door, the bins come right out and it's so easy to use. The bags are a bit expensive to buy but they fit really well - but you can get away with using normal bin bags. I broke a part of the mount but you can actually just buy replacement parts from Brabantia directly which was really handy.

We don't have a garbage disposal so rely on compost to get rid of food waste. We got this bin a couple of weeks ago and have really liked it. For starters, it feels incredibly sturdy and well built. Nothing flimsy about it. The top opens and closes really nicely and the lid pops off very smoothly, making it simple to take out bags and add new ones. The only thing to note, and this is an issue with the listing on amazon, the 3L bin DOES NOT come with the cabinet attachment. It says it does (or at least it did when we bought, not sure if they updated it), but it actually doesn't. So if you want the cabinet attachment, you'll have to order that directly from Brabantia. Because of the mixup, Brabantia did send us the piece and we're really happy with it. Easily screws to the inside of our cabinets and now the bin sits perfectly hidden under our sink. This bin would work fine on the counter as well, it looks nice enough, but we like having it out of the way. Overall, really impressed with this little, basic compost bin and would happily look at Brabantia for other storage needs.
