Spenco Rx Full Length Soft Arch Cushion

I bought these for my husband, who has plantar fasciitis, at the suggestion of his doctor. he had been using another brand, but she told him to replace those insoles with these. The replacement was so easy. They slipped right into his shoes easily and fit perfectly. They are very comfortable- not too thick. The arch and heel support were very helpful and eased his pain. These were definitely worth the money.

I'm not sure if my shoe is a bit too wide but either way, these insoles are like a bullet to my arches. A lot of pain. Couldn't wear it for 1 hour. The arch support should be smooth and elevated not a narrow bump.

0.5cmだけ大きめなエンジニアブーツのサイズ調整のため買いました。 ちょうどいい感じです。アーチクッションのためかかかと側が若干厚めにできており甲のフィット感がすごくよくなりました。 ただ、こちらの商品かコンフォートの方か忘れましたが、スニーカーのような履き心地になったというレビューがあったと記憶していますが、はっきり言って大げさです。所詮革のブーツは革のブーツです。スニーカーの履き心地を求めるなら大人しくスニーカーを履いた方がいいです。

These are the best for a pretty good fit and great arch support. I have them in all of the sneakers.

These work great! I wore them in Vegas and my feet never got tired. They do have an arch so it helps for flat foot but if you shoe already has an arch you'll need to just wear these.
