I'm 5'7", 165lbs. I got the large because I like a little extra room but honestly I could have gone with the medium and been fine. Love smartwool. I've used allot of other synthetic base layers and they always smell once you start sweating. Smart wool is nice cause they don't smell and can be worn multiple times or days when hiking before needing a wash.

Love the color and tried the medium and the large. I use these for pajamas and did not want the bottoms tight so I kept the large. Unfortunately they stretch out so the bottoms I kept are all bagged out.

Great quality. I did purchase one size larger than I typically do, so they would be long enough. Very warm! I am very happy with my purchase.
