19Pcs Modeler Basic Tools Craft Set Hobby Building Tools Kit for Gundam Professional Model Assemble Building

I recently got back it modeling after a long hiatus. I needed a new set of tools and saw this. It had all the basic tools I needed, and a mini grinding tool that I thought would come in handy.When I got the set initially it didn't include the grinder, and the grinding bits. Which was a bit of a bummer. I contacted the seller and got a quick response. They said they would send me the missing parts. I've been able to use the other tools and they have made my modeling experience an enjoyable one.Forward to month later and the grinder and bits finally showed up, from China.This grinder was one the reasons I got this set, and it was the most disappointing. I had to use a X-acto knife to clean/trim excess plastic trim from around the battery terminals to get it to work.When I finally did try to use it the bits go into the handle really cock-eyed. When trying to use it on any surface it made the tip bounce. If you get one of the sets without the grinder, I would recommend that. But I cannot endorse the grinder accessory at all.

My step father, retired, is an expert on building complex woods model. He also draw and build his own model such as a 1800s village for example, nativity scene... Anyway he was perfectly happy with these tools for his needs.

The kit itself is ok as a starter pack, but the clipper and the x-ato blade are beyond poor quality - I’d argue are the two most important tools in the whole kit. Now Please excuse me as I try to get proper x-ato blade and proper clipper.

The product arrived in perfect condition. This is an amazing value. The product comes with everything for all of your model bulding needs. From the basics like clippers and a protective mat to more advanced tools like an electric file. The mailing process was great and this package is a steal.

Nice item, some useful tool. However, the mat that came with it and some of the files arrived warped. Have not used the fingernail file device yet,But it feel very cheap and low quality. Good set for the money and beginners.
