I have 3-foot and 4-foot planters, and both are great. I like their slightly industrial look, which goes well with my condo complex in a converted factory, but their clean lines would look good in any modern setting. They are also exceptionally sturdy and functional, with removable (and replaceable) plugs in the bottom for drainage. And they wear very well. I bought two 4-footers this year to match my 3-footer from several years ago, which has gone through several years and several winters and still looks just the way it did when I first assembled it. Assembly is easy, though if you buy a 4-footer, you may need someone to help you lift it. These babies are sturdy in part because the materials are high quality and very durable.

It’s very heavy when it’s filled with soil. It’s just very plain looking. So it’s not something you would look at and say how beautiful it is. I’m hoping that when our plants grow it will look better

I have purchased many planters and privacy screens from Veradek and love them. These planters did not fit my railing (although according to the measurements in the description they should). I was willing to take the risk despite the restocking fees and shipping costs being deducted for returns. My issue with Veradek is that they shipped me the planters in separate boxes. However, when I requested the return they only sent me one label. It took almost a week of numerous communications to get the quantity of labels needed for the return. (They should know how many labels are needed since they shipped them to me!) After finally getting the labels I shipped them back the next business day. A week later I get a message asking if I shipped them and then multiple messages all stating only a few had been received. They sent me the labels so they had the tracking number! I had to sit down and track each package and send it to them. The other products were good but these are too heavy and the description does not accurately state the size railing needed. Based on this experience I am hesitant to purchase anything else from Veradek. In fact I need additional planters and have located another manufacturer I’m going to try. Proceed with caution if you decide to purchase from Veradek because the return process is time consuming and painstaking…

Just what I wanted for my herbs

My husband called it a POS due to not having the appropriate hardware in the box, not having the holes equal in size and in the wrong spot to align. He had to use his power tools (always a pleasure for him) and fixed the mess that was sent to us. This is an expensive item for plastic covered window box, but I had to have it to match the large planters for the patio from the same company.
