Can you rinse and re-use these filters a second or third time? I drink 3-4 cups a day and would rather not waste so many filters each day.

These are paper filters. I would not advise reusing them. In fact, coffee filters should be new every time you make a new batch. Why not use a larger carafe for your coffee and make larger batches at a time? I use one that keeps your coffee hot most of the day.

can the kalita small coffee filter be used with blue bottle pour over?

If you are talking about using the Kalita filters with a Blue Bottle dripper, then it probably will not work well. Both the Kalita and Blue Bonnet are custom designed, flat bottomed dripper systems with custom filters. I doubt that the filters were designed to fit each others drippers.

How are these different from regular basket filters?

These are a smaller diameter filter, designed specifically to fit the Kalita 155 size drippers.
