Nice size skillet
Did not keep the non stick feature for long. Will need to use oil to prevent sticking. I use a small skillet fequently

Good buy
They don't last forever but much longer than other brands we've tried.

Handle gets hot.
Does not heat all the way to the edges. And the handle will heat more than the actual pan

So far, so good and great value
Used on low medium induction stove for scrambled eggs which did not stick to the surface at all and seemed evenly distributed. Pan was easy to wash. But this is very early days to determine longevity of non-stick performance , especially after I use it for sautéing and stir fries. The EOE is the least expensive of my nonstick collection (Our Place, All Clad, Zhensanhuan, Calpholon, various seasoned cast irons, etc). If the EOE holds up over a year, I’ll be impressed as the Calpholons were a total waste of money. The cast iron, takes a lot of heat but is heavy, requires more care in cleaning and drying which I do in my toaster oven. I’m hoping EOE lives up to its marketing.

Excellent non stick!
I looooove this frying Pan! It made cooking eggs smooth like a dream. My eggs would just slide with ease. No yolk breaking here!It is easy to clean with a true non stick surface. However, do be careful when cleaning. I don’t ever use metal on non stick. I don’t soak utensils in my nonstick. I am very careful. Yet somehow, this pan suffered a huge gash! So, just be cautious. It doesn’t affect the functionality. But it is a bummer.
